Convert Users from Internal to Ldap

Hi,

I don't see the button for the automatic convert? What I'm doing wrong?

Hi Bianca, 

First of all, did you follow this guide? https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/migrating-users-between-user-directories-802592357.html

You can do it manually too: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-27868

You must add a LDAP directory:

   - "Verzeichnis hinzufügen" and chose LDAP.

   - Configure your LDAP.

   - Then: "Migrate users from one directory to another" or "
Migrieren von Benutzern von einem Verzeichnis in ein anderes"

   - Select from and to!

What my problem was:

I did read the mentioned Support Document, but I thought "Active Directory" and "LDAP" means the same. but it isn'. So thanks for your help and have a nice day
