Recently I encountered one issue.
Let's say I have columns "to do", "in progress", "in test", "done".
I try to view Control Chart with leaving only "in test" column checked/visible.
Although many items were "in test" before I am not sure why I can only see two of them. I wonder if workflow changes would impact this report or data in Jira.
Do you have any experience with that?
Did you manage to solve this?
I am having trouble understanding what the checked columns mean. If I have columns backlog, ready to start, in progress, in review and done and I wanted to see how long it took for something in progress to be "done"-- which columns should I check?
