Connect Client's JIRA to Our JIRA

Our client has their own instance of JIRA.  We also have our own instance of JIRA.  Is there a way to connect the two so that if they create a bug in their instance, it'll show up in ours?  Or would we have to force them to use our instance of JIRA when creating a bug in order for us to see?
