Comment related Jira Webhooks

In my OnDemand instance of JIRA (7.1.0-OD-03-048), I can create webhooks related to a comment being created

Trying to install locally (7.0.5) I'm not seeing the comment-related options.

Is there a specific version that this is introduced?  Is it cloud only?  Is a plug-in required to enable this functionality?

This is available on JIRA server 7.1.x and above only, refer to https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ACJIRA-81 for more information.

Hey Josh,

                I did not find either on my local JIRA 7.0.5( no Script Runner Plugin) and JIRA 6.4 (with Script Runner). Not sure if this was added for 7.0.5 Server yet.
