Columns in subscription email?

Hi,

 

I have few filters that I want to subscribe and recieve emails on a periodic basis.

 

Even though  I have defined/specified the columns for the filters, I am only recieving 2 fields(Key and Summary) in the email for all my filters.

 

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Are you using Cloud or Server version?

Which version?

If you configure the filter with the columns you need, they will be included in the email.

Hi Gaston,

It's server based and my filter has around 15 columns, but only key and summary is displayed as part of subscription.
