I have evernote web clipper installed on Chrome 69, this ongoing error comes up everytime i open a jira screen since I don't recall which chrome version. I came to conclusion that this is caused by evernote web clipper by removing&installing extensions one by one. Below is the stack trace;

In addition to this post, I would recommend you to also comment on that thread to get a more direct communication from the Evernote team to determine what the possible root cause is.
