Good day.
Jira has a form of communication with the administrator. Through it sometimes come requests from users.
Question.
How and where can I find out who sent the request if the user did not specify his mail?
Dear @Aleksandr Budonnyi ,
a very pragmatic way would be to trace access requests to this URL outside Jira. Either in the reverse proxy or in tomcat. You could write this request information to a separate log files.
So long
