Changing templates from default

Using Jira Cloud - I want to set up a process for entering orders into our system. I'm using the Process Management Workflow but the process doesn't match what we are doing . Can the headings be changed or how do I create a project that follows our process or am I missing something here on how to use  Jira

Enter Order

Send To Build

         Order Parts

          Parts Back Ordered

          Pull from inventory

Build Started


Build Complete


Send to Shipping

Hi Doug,

If you want to match the Workflow statuses to your process, you have to have JIRA Admin permissions.

Go to cog -> Issues -> Statuses

Add the statuses you want and then create a new workflow since the one you have doesn't match your needs.
