Change time tracking log

Is there a way to change the time tracking log.  It should show 30 min but for some reason it shows 1 hour.

@Sonya Hoban you can change your worklog(time tracking) if you have permission, check your permission scheme.

@Sonya Hoban if you are admin you can change it otherwise contact admin. 

Go to Project Setting and left side you can see the permission scheme click on permission scheme check what permission required to change the worklog.
