Change swimlane color on Kanban.

I have seen before where you can change the color of a swimlane for a blocked issue-i.e. once an issue is blocked it is flagged in the 'Expedite' swimlane on the Kanban board-and the entire swimlane is then flagged with a red background color. I am not able to find anywhere in the documentation on HOW to do it, but others have stated that this feature is available. Could someone please assist? Or am I just crazy?

I should learn to read 1st...

I've never seen this before, an issue can have a blocked colour covering the card and have colours based on issue type for example... Maybe you had all the issues across a swim lane that had the block flag set, in-turn making it look like it was the whole swim lane that was red/coloured/blocked
