Cant access atlassian site from our public IP

Hi,

From our public IP we cant access few Atlassian project dashboards. When we changed the public IP and checked it worked successfully. 

Seems like our public IP is blacklisted on your servers. Need to fix this soon. Some help would be appreciated.

Hi Robert,

Thank you for the reply. Yes finally i did that yesterday. Now waiting for a reply from them. Its being almost 15hrs and still no reply. Hope for the best.
