Cannot enable JSON export

I followed the instruction here to enable JSON exporter but wasn't success

It says 'Module cannot be modified' as in the screenshot

The instructions are for JIRA Server and you can not enable these under jira-cloud. Ask the support to enable it for you: https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23.
