Hello Folks,
I installed the Jira Service Desk 4.10.0 and i try to disable "Batching email notifications" but i got:
"Couldn't change current email batching state"
I can't reduce the default 10 minutes to 2 minute as well. The same notification appeared.
Have any idea?
