Can you please let us know, if there is way we can get the timestamp in excel in days or in hours format normally when we do Export to Excel from JIRA Filter data we get data of time fields in seconds format only?

No, the export just hands you the raw data it has in most cases, and for time fields, that's a number of seconds.

The exports work off templates for rendering the data though, so if you're willing to do a little bit of hacking to the core code, it is possible to insert a " / 60" to get minutes instead.  It gets messier if you want to go larger though, as you have to think about formatting (is 3.15 in the field 3 hours 15 minutes, or 3 hours 9 minutes?)
