Can you archive inactive users

Hi,

I was curious to whether you can archive inactive users the same as archiving projects within JIRA?

Thanks,

Lauren

What do you mean by Archiving Projects in JIRA? Export the project data locally for storage?

There is no notion of "archived" users in JIRA, but there is putting them in "INACTIVE" status. Here's all what you can do to a JIRA account (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/managing-users-185729439.html).

There's loads of ways to "archive" a project in JIRA according to Atlassian ( https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/archiving-a-project-185729448.html ), but I wouldn't call any of them a real archive.

Well, no, but what would such an "archive" do?  Inactive users are already dropped from the select lists and don't count towards the licence, so what else?
