Not natively. There are some scripts and add-ons that do it, but be warned that a lot of humans don't like having things inflicted on them and they may not appreciate you doing that.

Besides of that, there's an alternative way of doing so, that should count with user's permission on the first hand:
You can log in as user through User Management.
It requires you to be member of the group site-admins.
Note that, on login as another user this way, the user whose account is being accessed will receive an email notifying them that you have logged in on their behalf.
