We want to mention JIRA customers and send mails when an issue is created in a Business project.
We want this functionality in all the JIRA core projects.
With JIRA SD we can create client accounts (with no limits), but how many JIRA SD licenses we need if we want to mention and send notifications to the clients?
Why don't you try out what happens, if you mention a SD customer in a Core issue, with e.g. a test SD customer user?
If he gets notified, everything is fine and you don't need any additional licenses.
If he doesn't get notified, you will need a JIRA Core license for each customer, you want to notify.
