Can't see Development panel in the issue view

Hi,

We install GitHub for Jira, and we can see Development information except one particular project.

However, I can see the PR/merge icon on the card (of that project) so I suppose the smartcommit is working.

How can I troubleshoot this and fix it?

Welcome to Atlassian community!

I'm worried about the functionality "Development panel" is avaible only in Jira Software projects, not in Jira Core. What's your project type where the addon doesn't work?

It's next-gen Jira Software project, so I think it should work as all our other projects.

Oh, thank you for the clarification.

I'm afraid this plugin is not designed to work in Next-Gen projects :-(
