Can't find the upload add on in manage add ons

I am trying to upload the Time in Status plug in to Jira.  I am an admin, but when I navigate to the manage add ons page I don't see an upload add on button.  I also can't find the Time in Status plug in in the Find a plug in option.

You can't upload add-ons into Cloud, it's a restricted function.  You can only load "Connect" addons via the marketplace.

What Nic said. As you can see Time in Status is a Server only add-on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.obss.plugin.time-in-status/server/overview

Are there any add-ons you know of available for cloud that would provide the same data?
