Can't find "Upload add on" in Manage - Add-ons

Trying to upload "Gantt-chart for JIRA" in our cloud based JIRA solution, but after downloading the free trial, I'm not able to find "Upload Add-ons" (and I have Admin rights).  Is this because the app is only for hosted applications of JIRA?

Gantt-chart for JIRA is available only for Server version.

You can find some other Gantt plugins on Cloud but you will have to start a trial or enable it under Find new add-ons. You won't be able to upload the add-ons as you do in the server version.
