Can´t change username anymore (in Jira 7.2)

Since update to JIRA 7.2 i can´t change the username anymore. Only options to edit are the emailadress and the full name. Any proposals, how to enable this option again?

Ah, thanks Niclas. I read it before, but obviously not well enough... 

 "If you are using your JIRA instance as a JIRA User Server for other applications, (e.g., Confluence), you will not be able to use this feature."

OK, that´s the problem. Comprehensible, though not satisfying ....
