I don't want to allow other group guys to view my tickets.
In case of Incoming mail tickets. There is no security levels. But I want to restrict my tickets to particular groups.
Please suggest a way to overcome this.
Hmm.. If there are no security levels how you want to restrict the view of an issue after it is created? If you want to use the same project you can try only by using security levels. If not configure a new project and incoming mail handled that only you and desired group can access/use. If you decide to share the issue you would move it to the old project and share with everyone.
For one customer I cannot use two projects right, its the basic thing.
For example if one group having highly secured data, I cannot show that data to another group.
Is there any possibility by using [ post functions - workflow transition ] or [ status -condition ] combinations.
