Can I view issues from an external vendor's JIRA in our JIRA Core?

We manage our internal projects using JIRA Core, and one of our external vendors has JIRA.  We would like to be able to view the issues from our vendor's JIRA in our system as well, without having to manually enter the issues, so that we can have an accurate overview of the queue.

Is this achievable?
