Can I use "Sprint" field in the Kanban project

I have a Kanban project. Please let me know if i can add "Sprint" field in the kanban project so that i can use it in the sprints of other projects.

Well, yes. You can also create a Scrum board for your project: The Kanban project simply sets up a preset of configurations, you're free to change anything.
