Can I edit the "Create Project" screens???

I would like to know how to edit the screens when creating a new project (if possible). Specifically the third screen, the second one titled "Create with shared configuration". I'd like to have the "Create a linked: Confluence Space" checkbox UNchecked by default. 

To recreate:

1. open Projects dropdown
2. select "Create Project"
3. choose "Create with Shared Configuration" at the bottom of popup screen
4. choose any available project from dropdown (click Next)
5. on THIS screen, where you are able to input the project's Name, Key, etc... I'd like to have the "Create a linked: Confluence Space" UNchecked by default

My company doesn't use Confluence in a manner that Projects having Spaces applies. Here is also a screenshot of what I am trying to accomplish:

I did similar custom addon and I had to create a new dialog. Also please check Project Template addon module. It would be much better if you can rely on it.
