Can [Administrator] Be removed from Display Name

My name always shows up with Administrator next to it or under it in issues, etc. Can something be configured to not display Administrator?

I figured out that it was because Administrator was part of my full name.

Yes. You just need to update your Display Name (Full Name) to remove that. :)
