could anybody tell me where I can configure an option responsible to mark the ticket as completed so it affects the burndown chart? From my screen, it visible that almost all of the tickets were closed at release day because I've moved them to closed status. Is there a way ticket as done for burndown chart, might by some custom status?
Burndown chart is exclusively run base don the ticket being in the final column of the board. I'd also recommend you end your sprint (you are showing a sprint value) the same day you release so that items moved to that column after the release date are not indicated here.
