Backlog/projects

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Defining a project

Is there anyway to have one backlog but multiple projects? I'm reading this as each project has it's own backlog. My PM wants to see the entire backlog. Thanks!

Yes.  You've seen the default assumption that generally 1 board = 1 project = 1 backlog, but most of us move past that quite quickly.

The way it works is that a backlog is part of a board.  The number of projects that board includes is entirely up to you.  So you could have a board that says "everything" (although I'd strongly recommend limiting it to something more narrow like "all unresolved issues in projects that aren't support projects") and the backlog on that board would be "the entire backlog"
