Avatars are not showing in task board

My taskboard is showing like this:

But I want to be shown like this:

jiraagile-02_whyja_1_flexibleplanning[1].png

I do not see any options to show the avatar in the template configuration.

What should I do?

It looks like you are using an older version of JIRA and JIRA Greenhopper/Agile. What version of JIRA and the agile plugin do you have installed?

Hi, my version is :  Atlassian JIRA (v4.4.4#664-r167664).

What is the latest version?

JIRA 7.1 is the latest - you're way way behind.  4.4 is from 2011 and unsupported.

Yes, Nic is right. The new boards were launched back after JIRA 5 had come out. We are now on JIRA 7.

You won't have this functionality unless you upgrade at least to JIRA 5.1 and get the appropriate version of Greenhopper/Agile plugin.

Really your team should consider upgrading to latest and greatest.
