After implementing JIRA a little over a year ago logging work is still a big point to improve on. It's gotten better since we've started using Tempo (the tracker is great) but not used as much as I'd like it to be. Because logging work is pretty important due to certain business requirements, I've been wondering if it's possible to automatically open the log work window when a user wants to mark an issue as Done. I haven't been able to find any literature on this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
