I have a Cloud Environment where JIRA is set up. I want to automate a scenario where if I am receiving any email in a functional email box all the email are created into a JIRA ticket automatically.
I have Amazon SES setup to trigger email from JIRA.
Issue:- The problem I am facing is that how would JIRA read my outlook inbox and can do this. On the server there is no outlook configured and i want JIRA to read from my (ADMIN) outlook and can create a ticket

if I understand your question right you just have to configure a mailhandler. You can find a documentation on how to do that here:
