Autocomment issues that haven't been updated in X amount of time

My requirement is that I need to add an automated comment by the assignee of the issue whenever a certain issue has not been updated for 6 days. Then add the comment again, when the issue has not been updated for 13 days. 

I've tried the automation plugin, but this does not let the assignee run the rule.

Any solutions?
