Are there any SIMPLE resources to help get started with ScriptRunner for Jira?

Looking for as simple as possible.  Not quite Green Eggs and Ham but as simple as a topic like this can get for non-developers.  Maybe samples/example code with a guide to what needs to be replaced in your own instance, advice, how to's, etc.  I would have no shame in reading Scriptrunner for Dummies.

I found it quite useful in the past. There are some examples, some code you can check and play with.
