The issue is, We have changed projectTypeKey from "software" to " servicedesk" but after that project is not working via JIRA REST API. we are providing projectKey and issuetypes ID. so what else we have to configure.
Exactly how did you make this change? I worry that you're using key words instead of the labels you'd get on screen which imply you did it with code instead of properly via the UI.
If you have changed it the correct way, then I suspect you still need to use different code, as you might need to go via the REST API for Service Desk instead of Software.
