1: I create favourite search filter.
2: Plan a test cycle:
3: Selected the version and Click on Add tests.
Click on search filter and searched for the filter. It showed search filter but it is not test cases 0 found.
When I created that search filter, I have 37 test cases under that search filter.
Please reply me.
Could you please re-index Zephyr for JIRA and check if you are able to add the test cases. If the issue still persist submit a case with Zephyr Support by providing the versions of Jira/add-on and supporting screenshots to investigate further.
