Add feedback URL to Close Notification

Hey. We are planning to add a feedback URL to one Project if the issue is closed. Is there an easy way to add that information? Thanks for your help

Hey Tom.

Thanks for your answer. The problem is that not everyone is using JIRA directly. Many users are only dealing with emails (sending and receiving notifications). So after an issue is closed, the "close notification" should show the link.

One way would be to add a screen with the link/URL to the transition that closes the issue.

Be aware that if you only want this in a single project, it will need to have it's own workflow.

we played around a little bit with custom issues on that topic. Do you have experince, which Issue type can render html in the email notification and in jira?

Sorry I'm still on the cloud - we can't really modify the email templates... you'll need to get someone that has the server side installation.
