Access to my historical issues after cancelling ondemand suscription

After cancelling suscription do I have some readonly access to all my historical issues?

Is my historical data deleted from JIRA servers?

About downloading a backup:

  1. I seem I don't have webdav access (https://axeso5.atlassian.net/webdav/backupmanager) page not found error?.
  2. I think the backup is only a huge pile of XML and files. How would I read it usefully?

No, once you cancel, your access will be revoked and then the data deleted a few days later.

You must take a backup while you still have access in order to get a copy.

The XML is a JIRA backup, you can restore it into a Server JIRA.
