Hello everyone, recently I started helping a few groups of junior developers to apply Scrum using Jira.
For each team I created a project and gave them administrator roles for they own project. But for some reason, there is one member in one project that in each issue, it just doesnt appear the estimated time (neither as an issue field nor as a number in the card).
I have created their user and gave them their role as everyone else and I made sure his accounts had the same permisions. Does anyone have an idea what could be happening?
Thanks.
I have managed to resolve this issue.
For some reason, the user was seeing a copy of the board, not the original board which all other member were working with. That board was identical to the original but the estimates were configured in story points, so he couldnt see the original estimates which were in hours.
I hope this helps someone with the same problem.
