2FA, Identity Federation, SSO, etc with OnDemand

Hi,

We use the cloud version of JIRA and Confluence, and we'd like to add additional security and integration for ease of use for our users.  Is it possible to add two factor authentication and integrate with our on-prem directory service?

No.  Cloud uses an internal directory or Google accounts, and there's no hooks for anything else.  That's the only options you have for user accounts on Cloud.
