2 different options for logging hours in JIRA

Hi All,

I am keen to understand, we have 2 different options for logging hours. One logs time in tempo timesheet and one on subtask level.

Not sure what is the difference between these two options. Ideally we should have only one option to log our hours and that should reflect on tempo timesheet.

Hi Sarita.

When using Tempo Timesheets, you can log work on any issues, Epics, Issues and Sub-tasks.

You can also report on all levels, depending on your needs. Are you on cloud or server?
