Workflow Options

Hi,

Our company is interessed in Jira core and we would like to know if this software has these different options:

- Automatic mail integration with mail fields and form fields mapping;

Parameterizable Process and Field (Workflow Engine)

- Transfer of tickets to another process (multi workflow and ticket database: request / incidents / anomalies ...)

- SLA Management

- Climbing management

- Conditions for transfer from one status to another configurable

- Automatic notifications by e-mail configurable

Import /export Excel / CSV

Parameterizable integrated reporting (consolidated tables and graphs).

  • Yes, although there are no field mappings without add-ons or coding for outgoing mail
  • Yes, there's a workflow engine at the core of Jira
  • No, Jira expects issues to remain within itself.  Integration points are many though, and add-ons for duplicating things into other systems are available
  • Jira Service Desk does this, Jira Core does not
  • I'm really not sure how you would expect Jira to help people over fences or up hills or cliffs, but I guess you could (Facetious answer - you really need to explain "climbing")
