Our company is trying to automate a common process. Currently this process is a check sheet that gets passed from one person to the next until all the tasks are finished.
This process can be broken into 2 parts with subsections, all of X must be finished before Y.
What I would like to do is create a Project Template that each time this process it to take place, we simply create a new project using this template, this project issues two task (X and Y) to the same specific people and each of those tasks have sub tasks (the different check lists for each person).
We have Jira Core, Jira Software, and Jira Service desk. I'm just looking for ideas on how this can be approached.
