Outgoing E-Mail Configuration Missing in Jira

Hello everyone

I need to modify/disable the SMTP server configuration on our Jira Server v8.3.0

My user account is a member of the Jira System Administrators group

I can only see Mail Queue and Send Mail links but I can't see the Outgoing Mail option in the System > Mail section

Hi @Loic Yannou ,

It may be that you are part of the Jira System Administrators group but you haven't added that specific group to the Global permissions - Jira System Administrators.

Double check if that is the case.

Thank you for your advise. However, the admins group has already the Jira System Administrators permissions

This direct URL is good idea to test
Unfortunately, it's ending up with "Oops, you've found a dead link."
