Issues not Updated for last 2 days ( Exclude Weekends ) Edited

I want to find out the tickets which are not updated for last 2 days[ Excluding Weekends ].

Is it possible using Jira JQL filters?

Let say Today is Monday and my result should be tickets not updated from last Thursday  Onwards i.e. [Friday, Thursday].

Generally This is the query [ NOT updated >= -2d ], But how to exclude weekends from the query.

This is not possible out of the box, i think you will need to write your plugin or look into the marketplace there is maybe a plugin that suit your requirements.
