Better excel export (format cascade select list)

I'm trying to use Better excel export and try to export cascade select list, but i got parent value and child value.

If there any option to format it and get only parent value or only child value?

I need to edit field-helper-tool.groovy and add some code?

or there can be workaround to format it directly in excel template?

example code that im using now:
