Не запускается jira server

Добрый день, я скачал с вашего сайта JIRA которая устанавливается на ОС. После установки программа не запускается в браузере.  Пробовал на 2 компьютерах.

К сожалению ничего не пишет, просто как будто веб сервер не запускается, типа не удаётся отобразить страницу. Пробовал вручную перезапускать, устанавливал на другой пк, но все так же.

А проверьте служба Atlassian Jira запущена?
