how to add priority on the field transition workflow in jira

Require the fields Root Cause Category, Root Cause, Testing Root Cause and Permanent Corrective Action on the transition from Resolved to Closed only if the Priority is S1P1 or S1P2

You will probably need an add-on like JMWE or ScriptRunner to accomplish this.

Hi @Vikash Kumar ,

You can use workflow validators - "Field Required Validator(JWME) plugin" during the transition. The plugin allows you to have conditional validation. In your case, if would check the priority value.

You can also use "Script validator" script runner plugin with a simple custom script.
