Why when we add Priority Field to a request type it only adds the Priority Field on customer request form and not also in unison on the agents end of the request view?
For some reason we cannot have both views for the agent to see prio level on their end, but also to keep prio field visible on customer request portal end.
What is the easiest and quickest way to achieve this?
Also, is there a way to add a request field like prio level across all project request types in one click?
