Why do my priority levels look different between Chome and IE?

Users are noticing that priority levels display differently in Chrome versus IE, why?

  • Some users see up arrows for high when the new level looks like 2 up symbols.
  • Medium is 2 bars in 1 browser and an arrow in the other.

Thoughts?

Hi @Jonathan Smith

This is strange. When you inspect the element (right click on it and inspect) with the development tools of the browsers, is it the same icon?

Also how does it act if you clear or even disable cache on the browsers and then load the medium prio?

Cheers
Nick

@Sloan N_ B_ ,

  After deleting the cache, the arrows updated to the new priority icons.

Thanks!

Jonathan
