Users permission over projects

I have created all users over settings : manager users and invited users over only jira-software-users.

But I have 2 diferrent projects and I want the users to see only the projects that they are in. I have included the users over project configuration : people and included the ones I want over there.

 Is not working as all the company can see full projects and list. . what I´m I doing wrong??
